Radisson - 2011 / Ivy & Princess

Thanks to Cathy in our office who raised the first whoop, we have our first sighting!



First spotted on top of the tower on the Radisson, then on the east sign where he/she sat for over an hour.  When I left, s/he had moved back to the tower....

I have put all of Pam's photos in the photo gallery (http://www.pbase.com/speciesatrisk/radisson_110315)

I've brightened them quite a bit to make it easier to see the bird.

Dark enough on the belly and breast to be Princess ....

OMG!!! :o We have our 1st peregrine sighting on the Ides of March! Whoopee! ;D Congratulations, Pam and thanks! :-* And according to the countdown timer, she's 14 days early! ;D 8)

Wonderful news.  Thanks so much for the photos, too.  I had just been hoping someone still had a great vantage point.  Spring has begun!!
