Thanks TPC.  I hadn't thought about a visual inspection.   Fine cracks certainly would spoil the egg.   Hopefully the two eggs that "feel right" will produce two healthy chicks!

1000 hrs

As of 0500ish this morning there are still two eggs, no sign of a pip or hatching yet ... the cameras are a bit different at this site, so we may or may not actually be able to see pips like we saw on the Brandon or Radisson cameras - different locations and different angles and different needs so different cameras.

Jules and Beau are taking a break off the eggs right this minute - two still there and htey look fine, one a little lighter in colour than the other but other than that, can't tell more about their condition ...

As of 0545 hrs this morning, we still have two eggs here.  For about 1/2 hour up until about 0830hrs Jules as doing a lot of shifting position on the eggs.  Can't tell if she's "listening" or if she just can't get comfortable in the tuppernest.

Our next "look" at the eggs is usually about mid-afternoon ...
