WW chick is growing like a weed, but still hanging out in his/her tuppernest.
They look so cute at this age ... and yes folks, we hope to have real photos for you soon!

 Woiuld be interesting to try the taping idea; but unfortunately in the wild that just don't work!  And I think that's what the whole project's about, restoring these magnificient creatures to their original status!

Chick hasn't even tried to leave the tuppernest yet and its almost banding age. 
Hopefully it will be this prudent when it comes to fledging, solo chicks are notorious for fledging earlier than they should.

Unless the building goes down, it will be just fine.  Chick has yet to get so much as a drop of rain on it this year  :D

If we get a tornado...I don't think it will matter where anyone or anything is.  Hopefully it will just be rain and some thunder and lightening and a little wind if there needs to be any wind.
