April 22 - cute video of male really wanting to brood the eggs, to the point he practically pushes under the female to do so, at end of video it is revealed one of the eggs has a hole in it. https://www.vogelbescherming.nl/beleefdelente/filmpjes/bekijken/eindelijk-een-gaatje

According to this site, about a week and there should be hatching. As a prelude they have given a nice explanation about hatching process. Much as TPC has explained in the past, but with close-up photos.

Three peregrines at the nest box?

About 1.5 minutes into the clip you see the female brooding in the box, the male arrives with food, a third peregrine is on top of the nest box. After the male drops off the food and the female flies away with it, eventually the third peregrine follows.
