so here are hatches today.

1st - 6:15am

2nd-- between 9adn 10:30am ( sh e never let us see till shell was tossed out and chick was quite fluffy already)

3rd- 1:18pm

adn there is a hole in egg4

last year all 4 hatched within 20 hours

Wonderful! I was watching off and on this morning.

this morning he made a visit and went in box at 6:33am

hatch 2 is not far behind. DO1 has been anxiously waitng

from yesterday


male went in and Green did not want to leave

time was 6:15 this morning, I may have a video later but getting ready for church. I think number 2 will not be far off

what a difference a year makes.

she is doing so well. see how she does feeding this year. DO1 has borught in a few food gifts already LOl pracitisng , I guess

going well at WEber. male has brought in food a few times . I guess practicing for when chicks arrive

 

and then on another occasion he cannot make up his mind. I think this was for him

Princess's granddaughter is doing well at the Weber with 4 eggs.
Green Girl is so beautiful to watch and DO1 is a great partner for her.

april26 - egg 4

WE checked on them yesterday and everything appears ot be going well. good nest exchanges.

Green seems to have matured and we will see when eggs hatch

not in full incubation but taking turns when needed

These slideshows are helpful to let us see whatever is near the nest. For instance - I never knew there was a cement ledge right in front of this nest box.

Peter was able to Positively ID DO1 yesterday with scope

So both back
