200 Tuxedo - Adult Peregrine

Where: southwest corner
When: 17:45 hours
Who: T. Maconachie

Adult Peregrine spotted on the penthouse level ledge in the southwest corner. A favourite haunt at this time of day, especially at this time of the year because it is sheltered and in full sunlight. From the look of the bird (size, markings), it looked to be the old Radisson female, Madame, but without a band number this is just a suspicion. She has been identified at this building a few times over the last few years.

We are glad to see the birds still using 200 Tuxedo. Larry Riddell was a long-time supporter of the Project and a resident at 200 Tuxedo. When a bird came to visit, I usually got a message from Larry with the happy news. Larry died on December 20, 2005.

I miss not being able to share the happy news with him this year
