May 19 - The Shaw Spotlight FalconCam is back! Happy Endangered Species Day! Ella and Pip are back again in the west-side nestbox on the 30th floor of the Radisson Hotel in downtown Winnipeg. They are currently incubating four eggs and we are expecting them to begin hatching the week after the May Long Weekend (May20-23). But that's just an estimate, the chicks will hatch whenever they decide is the "right" time. This is Ella's and Pip's fourth year together and we are looking forward to watching them and their little family over the next 2-3 months. Thank you to our streaming partner, Shaw Spotlight, and to Larry our cam coordinator for all his efforts to get us & keep us connected! We hope you all enjoy this year's FalconCam. |
