As far as I know, same female as the last few years so Hope is her name, hatched from the Woodman Tower in Omaha in 2002.  Half-sib (same father) as Doorly.  Interestingly Doorly is related to our original female at the Radisson (Maud) while Hope can track her lineage through Amelila (her mom) to Madame our second Radisson female - Madame is Amelia's aunt.

This is another new cam to me! Doorly was born in 1999, but I'm curious about the female, TPC - do you know who she is? Is she a daughter of Amelia or Hera?

It's hard to see the chick clearly in the nest this evening. I don't know which parent this is:

2009 NESTING SEASON

Just received the following from the folks at Westar in Topeka ...

Our falcon parents have a newborn. On Thursday, May 14 the chick hatched.  There is still a fourth egg, but the viability is questionable. The banding of the chick should take place between two and three weeks of age, we are coordinating this effort with the University of Minnesota's Raptor Project.

Happy Viewing.
